Welcome to AIESEC at Carleton University!

AIESEC, the world's largest student-run organization, is the international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential to have a postive impact on society. In partnership with business and higher education, AIESEC has over 60 years experience in developing high-potential students into globally-minded, responsible leaders. In addition to providing over 7,700 leadership positions and delivering over 470 conferences to our membership of over 50,000 students, AIESEC also runs an exchange program that enables over 5,500 students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in another country.

If you are a student or recent graduate, you can join us and take a leadership role within our Local Chapter or go on an Exchange abroad. Contact our Talent Management team for more information on how to get involved, and our Outgoing Exchange team to find out more about exchanges abroad!  

If you are a business you can become part of our Global Internship Program by taking interns into your company. Contact our Corporate Relations team if you're interested in finding an intern, or our Communications team if you're looking to partner or make a presentation to our Local Chapter.  We are always looking for innovative ways to partner with businesses in Ottawa!

AIESEC Carleton attended the Ontario-Atlantic Regional Conference that was taking place here in Ottawa, and that was hosted by us! We had an awesome time with an amazing delegation. Special thanks to the Organizing Committee of the conference, in all their hard work in making the confernce an unforgettable experience for all delegates from the Ontario and Atlantic region!
