From young entrepreneurs to CEOs, each experience in AIESEC is as unique and diverse as the individuals themselves. AIESEC Canada has conducted an Alumni Impact Study to determine the impact of leadership and exchange on students who have completed their experience in AIESEC and are now Alumni.
The study was conducted from June to August 2010, assessed (both quantitatively and qualitatively) the value of the AIESEC Experience. The quantitative section was analyzed through an online survey, and the qualitative features were extracted from interviews. The participants from the online survey and interviews were alumni from the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, and ‘00s. Altogether, 234 alumni participated in the evaluation.
The Alumni Impact Study proved that AIESEC is an organization that positively impacts its members' lives both personally and professionally. The AIESEC Experience has many programs that contribute to the growth of high potential students and recent graduates, and helps these young professionals develop skills, positive attitudes and behaviours.
