Global Internship Program
International interns bring a different type of energy to the team. It’s great to share our cultures with each other and I highly recommend it for businesses.

Looking for interns for your business? The AIESEC Global Internship Program helps businesses source talented students and recent graduates from over 107 countries.
AIESEC interns are an excellent solution for covering both the long-term and short-term human resource needs of your organization. Please contact Carlie Nishi at carlie.nishi[@]aiesec.net today.
Benefits for Businesses
AIESEC can source talent with particular language or technical skills from specific regions that are not readily available or affordable.
Our Global Internship Program (GIP) allows you to manage seasonal and special projects. Interns can stay for short or long-term internships ranging from 6 weeks to 18 months with flexible start and end dates.
The job description and candidate profile is outlined and designed in consultation with your organization, and we take care of the rest.
Access qualified candidates for minimal costs. The expenses consist of the Intern’s salary and the administration fee for our work.
How it Works
Give us the job description, specifying your needs for unique skill sets or language.
AIESEC presents you 3 to 5 pre-screened candidates based on the profile you provided. We will also coordinate interviews between you and the candidates.
You select the best candidate.
AIESEC will take care of the visa process and all the logistical arrangements.
We will prepare the intern to make sure he or she adjusts to the new culture.
AIESEC will also arrange to ensure that the intern has accommodation and all the necessary documents (such as a Social Insurance Number) to legally work in Canada.
After the internship, we will meet with you so you can give us an evaluation. At this point, we will also discuss your post-internship options.
We’re an international organization, one of the only two in Canada that can facilitate global internships without any sort of government validation.
As opposed to local internships, our partners come to us to obtain interns/grads from overseas when they have difficulty finding local talent. It’s a great way to globalize the workforce and become more dynamic in the global environment.
Give your organization a competitive edge!
