How it Works

1. Give us the job description, specifying your needs for unique skill sets or language.
2. AIESEC presents you 3 to 5 pre-screened candidates based on the profile you provided. We will also coordinate interviews between you and the candidates.
3. You select the best candidate.
4. AIESEC will take care of the visa process and all the logistical arrangements.
   • We will prepare the intern to make sure he or she adjusts to the new culture.
   • AIESEC will also arrange to ensure that the intern has accommodation and all the necessary documents (such as a Social Insurance Number) to legally work in Canada.
5. After the internship, we will meet with you so you can give us an evaluation. At this point, we will also discuss your post-internship options.
