What We Offer

Students in AIESEC participate in leadership opportunities before or after their internship experience. It is through leading and managing the operations of AIESEC’s Global Internship Program, that our members develop valuable skills and competencies which are demanded of young professionals today.

Members who take on a leadership role with AIESEC develop management, entrepreneurial and leadership skills by taking responsibility over projects and leading teams in various functional areas.

Together, AIESEC hosts 470 local, regional, national and international conferences annually; where our members participate in soft skill and functional training sessions. These conferences provide members with the opportunity to interact with our diverse global network and organizational partners to further their professional development.

Students managing the operations of the Global Internship Program also have the opportunity to meet and interact with international interns experiencing Canada for the first time and from Canadian students who have experienced a Global Internship abroad.

At AIESEC, we believe society needs leaders who are entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, socially responsible, empathetic, and take an active role in their learning to increase youth impact in the world.

Exploring the world through a community development or professional global internship is the most intense learning experience that AIESEC offers. They link our members directly to our global network of local chapters abroad.

Each year, AIESEC Canada provides over 300 members the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in the areas of management, technology, education, and development. Internationally, over 10 000 exchanges are done between all the countries members of AIESEC.
