GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM |
AIESEC offers flexible and customized programs to provide talent that fits with your organization’s culture and processes. By participating in the Global Internship Program, you will enrich your work force with globally minded young professionals who are interested in making a difference in your company.
AIESEC offers four different types of internships: Management, Technical, Educational, and Developmental.
Management – Internships related to general business functions, including administration, finance, accounting, marketing, project management, and human resources.
Technical – Internships related to engineering or information technology, including web and software development, programming, system analysis and design, network and database management.
Educational – Internships in academic fields and sectors related to teaching a language, subject, or another aspect of education, including cultural awareness, curriculum and course material development.
Developmental – Internships related to the development of an underprivileged group of persons or community, focused on development and social responsibility.

Below outline the process of bringing an international intern to YOUR company. |

1 TALENT PRE-SELECTION |
All candidates in AIESEC's talent pool have been pre-selected based on their education, skills, language certifications, and leadership experience by a review board of professionals. | |||

2 NEEDS IDENTIFICATION |
Your company identifies the desired internship profile specifying needs for education, languages, skills, work experience, regional background, internship duration and timing. | |||

3 INTERN SELECTION |
AIESEC will provide a shortlist of the best candidates and arrange interviews within two weeks. AIESEC will continue to identify candidates until your company has selected the best match. | |||
|
4 PRE-ARRIVAL SERVICES |
AIESEC takes care of all the logistics including visa arrangements, accomodations, and airport pickup once an intern is selected. Before arrival, interns participate in cultural preperation, integration, and goal setting seminars. | |||
|
5 COMMUNITY INTEGRATION |
This is a key characteristic that sets AIESEC's program apart. Interns become involved in the local community and participate in AIESEC activities, ensuring they have a meaningful development experience, not just a job away from home. | |||

6 ONGOING SERVICE |
AIESEC is committed to ongoing communication for receiving and responding to your feedback. AIESEC will facilitate service evaluations for your company and your intern before, during and after the internship. | |||
