**Welcome to AIESEC Victoria**

As one of the local chapters present in 107 countries and territories worldwide, AIESEC Victoria offers driven students opportunities to develop their potential and challenge themselves in a dynamic environment. We encourage student growth in two ways: international exchange opportunities and leadership experience. Our Global Internship Program offers students and recent graduates a chance to live and work as an intern in a foreign country in management, information technology, or development. Meanwhile, facilitating this program, along with participation in various events and conferences, offers students a chance to gain leadership experience, professional skills, and an opportunity to network and create both personal and professional contacts. No matter what a student is looking for, AIESEC has something to offer.
