For over 60 years AIESEC has helped shape and develop the leaders of the future. The main focus of AIESEC is to help today's youth develop leadership and networking skills to prepare them for the jobs of tomorrow. AIESEC provides its members access to a global network by giving them the opportunity to travel abroad, experience many cultures and participate in an internship.

Structure
The unique advantage of AIESEC is that it is an organization driven by youth, for youth. We offer an impactful experience to all our stakeholders – members, partners, and our alumni community.
- Our members are part of an exciting, collaborative, and driven global network. They are able to contribute to societal change in their own communities and abroad while exploring and developing unique skills and competencies.
- Our partners support youth development, leadership, and community involvement. They look to AIESEC to provide access to top talent through our membership and the Global Internship Program.

AIESEC’s Scope
AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management.
AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.

Members of AIESEC live an integrated development experience. This involves leadership opportunities, international internships and interacting with a global network to support their development.

Network
One of the greatest strengths of AIESEC is our ability to bring together young people and organizational partners from around the world through internships, conferences and our global learning environment.
Nationally, our membership base consists of more than 1500 young people in 28 universities from coast to coast. Local, National, and International offices are managed by students and recent graduates.
In AIESEC Canada:
- our network manages relationships with over 50 partners
- facilitates more than 300 global internships
- provides over 500 leadership opportunities
- organizes 3 regional and 2 national conferences each year
Internationally, our membership base consists of more than 50,000 young people in over 1,700 universities in over 107 countries and territories.
Globally, AIESEC:
- manages relationships with well over 4,000 partners
- facilitates more than 10,000 global internships
- provides 9,000 leadership opportunities
- organizes over 470 conferences each year
