4. What is the process of going on exchange with AIESEC?
Apply and get your AIESEC membership—Most employers in Europe prefer that you be a part of AIESEC first before you go on exchange
Apply for exchange—Fill out forms and have a one on one with the Vice President of Outgoing Exchange.
Pass the Review Board.—The Review board is similar to interview where you get interviewed by a panel and they assess if you have the right skills for the job you’re applying to.
Match your skills and interest with an employer.
Go on exchange.
